Condenser Bender
Use: used to bend condensers at an angle and make them change "L" shape or "U" shape
to fulfill overall design in air conditioner and the requirement of product
technique
Features:
1) Three axes CNC, accurate location and smooth bend
2) High degree of automation and convenient adjustment
3) The fins do not fall easily
Specifications:
1) Wall thickness of coil: 22mm / layer, max. three layers, numerical setting
2) Bending radii: R69 (1-3 layers), can be made to order
3) Bending angle: 0-110°, numerical setting
4) Precision bend ±0.1°, platform up and down±0.1 mm, locating±0.1mm
5) Locating length of coil 400mm-1,000mm pre-location
6) Control mode: jog, manual, auto
